PurposePreneur Movement™ ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Coach Alex Côté. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
What we collect:
Contact information (name, email address, and optionally WhatsApp/phone number, when you take the Alignment Audit, join the waitlist, book a call, or enroll in a program). Audit responses (your answers to the Alignment Audit and Right Mountain Audit, including self-reported income range, archetype results, and written responses). Communication data (messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or during coaching sessions). Payment information (processed via PayPal — we do not store your full card details ourselves). Usage data (basic website analytics — pages visited, general location by country, device type).
How we use it:
To deliver the Alignment Audit, coaching sessions, and program content you've requested. To follow up about your audit results, program interest, or coaching relationship. To send occasional emails related to PurposePreneur content or offers (you can unsubscribe anytime). To improve our programs and content based on aggregate, anonymized patterns.
Who we share it with:
We use the following third-party services to operate our business, each with its own privacy practices: Supabase (secure database storage for audit responses and account data), Kit, formerly ConvertKit (email list management and communication), Calendly (scheduling for calls and sessions), PayPal (payment processing). We do not sell your personal information to third parties, ever.
Your rights:
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing connect@alexcote.coach. If you're located in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data retention:
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
Children:
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy:
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
